  6. Control your time in order to better control your life - look for small increments of time that already exist in your day
  7. Feed your people - know and remember the "main thing" - give lots of performance feedback, provide recognition and communicate the team score
  8. Lead as a learner - get out of your comfort zone by reading at least 10 minutes a day, listen to people, ask for feedback, set SMART goals and stay positive
